GREENGUARD Building ConstructionSM Certification. Provides design phase services, project oversight and building maintenance planning services to achieve ANSI/GEI-MMNS1001 National Standard for Moisture and Mold Prevention.

Expert LEED consulting. Provides indoor Environmental credit planning for new and existing buildings and LEED Certification Programs.

Mold and moisture management planning (MMMP). Provides proactive plans for preventing mold and moisture intrusion in buildings.

Specification of materials. Selection and review of sustainable, non-toxic construction materials and furnishings for construction materials, interior finishes and interior furnishings.

Pre-occupancy clearance testing. Achieves LEED EQ Credit 3.2 by testing for chemicals, particles and mold.

Due diligence surveys. Reviews mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems and determines acceptability of indoor air quality (IAQ).

Building moisture surveys. Evaluates presence of moisture in wall cavities and other locations with specialized moisture mapping techniques and reviews plumbing fixtures, ventilation and HVAC systems for water leaks and condensation.

Specialized programs. Custom-created operations and maintenance programs to maintain good IAQ.
